Data collected

When you submit a contact form or request a sample, we collect your name, email address, and any details you provide. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry and follow up on commercial discussions.

This site may use Google Analytics (GA4) for anonymous traffic statistics (page views, referrers, etc.). All data is anonymised and is not used to identify individual visitors.

We do not use any advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising. If you do not wish to be measured, please disable third-party cookies or enable "Do Not Track" in your browser.

Data storage

Form submissions are stored in a Notion database (servers outside Hong Kong) and email notifications are sent via Resend. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to protect your data.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing horsorion@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
